Sport/Fitness members are welcome to attend up to six 45-60 minute group training sessions facilitated by our team of trainers each month. Fire Sports Club requires a non-refundable registration fee ($50 Individual and $100 Family) for all members in addition to one month of membership dues upon registration. In total, the amount due upon submission of this form is either $100 (Individual member) or $200 (Family Membership). Recurring monthly payments of the Membership Fee will occur on the date of first payment each month until cancelled by the member in writing (email to billing@firesr.org). Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the draft date in order to insure stoppage prior to the next draft. All payments are non-refundable.
