Adventure / Experience Membership Info

Individual* ($25 per month), Double** ($40 per month), and Family*** ($60 per month).

Adventure/Experience members are welcome to attend up to four 1-3 hour group experiences facilitated by our team of experiential learning experts each month.  Adventure/Experience members will gain new perspective and form new/stronger friendships through facilitated discussion during and after the experience, connecting the experience back to life, character, and relationships.  
While our facilitators are experts in experiential learning, they are not necessarily experts in the activity we will do.  Often, we will have guest experts teach a skill and all learn, discover, and experience something new together with the Fire Facilitator to guide discussion. Adventures/Experiences will be posted no less than one month in advance on the community calendar.  Some examples are Axe and Knife Throwing, Raft Building, Bushcraft, Disc Golf Scramble, Old World Games, Campfire competitions, Lumberjack Games, and many more unique, unexpected and FUNtastic adventures.

* Individual Memberships are for one person to use any and all sessions.  These memberships are not transferable and may not be shared with another person.

** Double Memberships are for two individuals living at the same address. Each individual will receive the number of sessions included in their package.  Sessions do not carry over and may not be given to the other member of the pair.

*** Family Memberships are for families (up to 6 people) living in the same household. Each individual will receive the number of sessions included in their package.  Sessions do not carry over and may not be given to other members of the household.

Release of Liability

I (We) authorize Fire Sports and Recreation (Fire SR) to use any media captured for promotional purposes and assume all risks and hazards incidental to my and/or our child's participation, including physical fitness and transportation to and from activities.

I (We) do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the Fire SR, its organizers, sponsors, supervisors, coaches, volunteers, participants, and person involved in any and all activities, for any claim arising out of injury to myself or my child.

In the event of an emergency and if a parent cannot be contacted, I (We) authorize medical treatment.

 

Billing Info

You are almost registered. Fire Sports and Recreation Club requires a non-refundable registration fee ($50 Individual and $100 Family) for all members in addition to one month of membership dues upon registration. In total, the amount due upon submission of this form is either $100 (Individual member) or $200 (Family Membership). Recurring monthly payments of the Membership Fee will occur on the date of first payment each month until cancelled by the member in writing (email to billing@firesr.org). Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the draft date in order to insure stoppage prior to the next draft. All payments are non-refundable.
