Winter Teams

Our winter teams are for high school-aged boys the are NOT on their school team.

Players on our winter teams will begin skill training and practice 2 days per week beginning mid-December.  We will play in an 8-week league that start the second week of January and runs through mid-March.

The cost to play on our winter team is $120 per player.  If you are new for Fire, or no longer have a jersey, there will be an additional $15 charge for a jersey.

Men’s League

Are you a man age 30 and over that enjoys playing basketball and would like to do so in a friendly, competitive and unique environment close to home? Fire Men’s League may be a fit for you.

This is NOT your normal men’s league. Our unique format is built with community, competition, and fun in mind.

The league will be 5 weeks (Saturday mornings) in length beginning December 27. Teams will play 2 games each week during the 4 week regular season. Then, we will have a double elimination bracket to conclude the season. All games will be officiated and we will keep stats as well. Games will be (2) 20-minute halves with clock stoppages, NCAA rules. Each team will have 8 players. This ensures all will get ample time on the court AND that even if a couple are out one week, we still have enough to play.

Here’s how its unique.

  • We will limit participation to 24 men (age 30+)
  • Each individual player will be assigned to a roster for week 1
  • Rosters will “shuffle/reset” for week 2, 3, and 4
    • Stats, wins and losses, and margin of victory will be used to keep individual player standings.
  • For the playoffs, individual player standings will be used to create 3 new, level teams.
  • At the conclusion of the season, champions will be crowned for 3 categories: bracket play teams, individual stat leaders, and overall “ranking” based on our custom built algo.

Cost for the league is $65 per person.  This goes toward officiating costs and for end of season prizes.

All players are required to have a reversible jersey; black on one side and white on the other. You are welcome to get one on your own, or, purchase a Fire Jersey for $15. This can be done on the registration form. Cost for the league is $65 per person. This goes toward officiating costs and for end of season prizes.

Registration will close as soon as we hit 24 players.  So, secure your spot today by clicking the button below.
